Google Ads Expert (PPC Specialist)

IDEAIFY Solutions is an award-winning B2B outsourcing agency (Agency of the Year, Connected Pakistan 2023 and 2024) helping clients across the US, UK, Canada and the Gulf grow through lead generation and digital marketing. We are hiring a Google Ads Expert to plan, run and optimize paid search campaigns that bring in qualified leads.

What you will do

• Build and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube
• Run keyword research, write ad copy and structure accounts for B2B lead generation
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Optimize bids, budgets, audiences and landing pages to lower cost per lead
• Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages and act on the results
• Report clearly to clients on spend, leads, cost per acquisition and ROAS

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of hands-on Google Ads management, ideally for B2B or lead-generation accounts
• Google Ads certification (Search and/or Performance Max) preferred
• Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
• Case studies or account results you can walk us through
• Clear written English for client reporting and communication
